The role is Sustainability Programme Executive, and has primary responsibility for our Sustainability Director reporting programme including Integrated reporting, GRI, Dow Jones and other external indices.


This is a key role within the Sustainability Development (SD) team, working with market teams to capture data on our SD performance and impact, asses our performance and benchmark activity against external peers and best practice. You will also contribute towards SD programme development and delivery, alongside other members of the team, building strong internal and external communications around our sustainability programme and activity to support and maintain our overall reputation and contributing to our goal of being the best performing, most trusted and respected.


The successful applicant will have experience of integrated reporting of sustainability, GRI reporting frameworks and external indices such as DJSI and FTSE4Good, and the Sustainable Development Goals. This will be supported by a strong understanding of sustainability practice and issues relating to agri-food networks, ideally with a relevant qualification. Strong communication, influencing and project management skills are essential.


Knowledge of emerging benchmarks such as those on human rights, along with impact metrics is an advantage.
